Wow, it’s only Day 3 but it feels like forever ago that we landed in Barcelona. Yesterday, we were able to see one of the best teams in the world play a match. Today, we were able to get out on the fields and get a few touches on the ball ourselves. To start off the day, we had a training session at the FCBescola. This is where the FC Barcelona youth teams trains and goes to school. Later on in the afternoon, we played a match against a Spanish professional team’s youth team. At the end of the 90 minutes we were able to come out with a win and a great experience. We plan to play again on Wednesday afternoon as well. Although our time in Barcelona is coming to an end, I think we all can say that we have had a great experience thus far and can’t wait for what Madrid has to offer.
